The American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys or AAEPA is an exclusive network for estate planning attorneys. Since its start in 1993, it has become the leading organization in the nation for promoting top results in the field of estate planning. The Academy provides members with tools, skills and support and has been recommended by Consumer Reports, Money Magazine, the Wall Street Journal, the Chicago Tribune, and Suze Orman and more.

AAEPA Members get exclusive access to law firm software, legal education, and special events. All of this allows members to provide top quality service that a non-member would not be able to provide.

With this support, members of the American Academy are able to provide:

Focused Knowledge

AAEPA members focus on estate planning matters, allowing them to constantly reinforce their knowledge through practice. Members also share ideas and solutions with other members in over 130 geographic areas in more than 45 states.

Client Care Standards

Most AAEPA members offer expanded services such as in-home consultations.

Workshops

Many AAEPA members conduct workshops on a regular basis in their cities. These are conducted to educate clients about estate planning topics and issues.

Additionally, members offer guidance and advice to clients on Trust and Estate Law, Medicaid/Asset Protection & Long Term Care Planning, Special Needs, Real Estate, Business & Protective Planning, and Personal Protection Planning.

Members of the American Academy are some of the best estate planners available in the country.

Attorneys Tenney Lantz and Michael Coleman are the only practicing AAEPA members in the counties of Bristol, Plymouth, Barnstable, and Dukes.
